Devin Riley Walker

Devin Riley Walker, 17, of 1321-A Fort Johnson Road, was arrested by NCPD on 19 January and charged with the same four counts of attempted murder as Davin Aiken, profiled in the post below. He was also charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Pistol. Devin is also referred to as “Dizzy Man”.

While Davin Aiken was given a $100,000 bond on each charge, Devin Walker’s bond was only $50,000 each for a total $250,000.
