Meth In Bonneau

Yes, there is meth in Bonneau. It is Berkeley County, after all. This time Forrest McKay Bowman was charged with multiple meth related offenses.

Bowman is charged with Attempt to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Disposal of Methamphetamine Waste, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Manufacturing Methamphetamine Near a Public Park. His total bond was set at $70,000.

Bowman has a few magistrate level charges in his Charleston County history. His record in Berkeley County is a bit more severe.

2004 Charges:

Burglary 1st Degree - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor with the notation “charged incorrectly”.

Three (3) counts of Forgery - One dismissed. Plead guilty to two. Sentenced by Judge Thomas “Felon’s Friend” Hughston to 3 years, suspended in favor of 2 years probation.

Note: These charges were rolled into a plea deal with charges from 2005.

2005 Charges:

Receiving Stolen Goods - Plead guilty. Same sentence as above.

Burglary 1st Degree - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

Burglary 2nd Degree - The 9th Circuit Solicitor pled this felony down to a Petit Larceny, a magistrate level misdemeanor. That is quite a drop. Does Bowman have family with connections out there in Berkeley County?

Typical meth mope criminal history. Always stealing other people’s stuff.
