We work as a team of highly motivated individuals.  There is no telling who will read your mail, but I can assure you it will be received and acted upon by these highly motivated individuals.  (sense any sarcasm?)

We comb through hate mail every so frequently.  We usually mull around with it while drinking a beer and laughing among friends.  There is a great possibility that we looked over your hate mail because it was ignorant, we didn’t understand your Ebonics, or perhaps we didn’t deem it great enough to be displayed on our site or to receive a written response.
