In other news, lawyer and suspended magistrate Richard Lingerfelter was arrested Tuesday afternoon by SCHP on charges of DUI and Child Endangerment. He has not had a bond hearing at the time of publication. No further details available at this time.

Lingerfelter was appointed as a magistrate last year but was relieved of his duties for unspecified reasons a couple of months ago.
