Exposing the criminal element for 3 years

Where There Is Smoke

Where there is smoke, there is usually fire. We spent a large part of the day dealing with comments on our post about yesterday’s murder of 40 Boiz gang member Tyquan President.

One person took particular exception to a photo attached to that article. They started out by implying we were racist and all black people looked alike, but a photo in the article was not the Dead Right There gang member and should be removed. When that tactic didn’t work they posted a couple of comments praising the blog and our journalistic skills and telling us how misleading it was to have that picture up. When we pointed out the article was about the 40 Boiz gang as well as the murder and the picture was indeed pertinent, we were then met with some pretty nasty comments.

We thing we have figured out why this person ran the gamut from calling us racist, to praising us, to getting really nasty with us when we refused to remove the photo.

Here is the photo in question, taken from Tyquan President’s Thugbook page.

We have discovered that the 40 Boiz gang member in this photo is 13 year old Justin Davis. We didn’t know who he was before because the police and the media don’t publish the names of 13 year old shooters. We found out via a citizen tip that Justin was arrested for the March 23rd shooting of another juvenile on Corley Drive in the North Charleston neighborhood of Forest Hills II. It is alleged he shot a 15 year old in the ass.

No wonder someone wanted this photo removed so badly.

We received additional information that the 40 Boiz are known for carrying firearms and robbing folks. Keep your powder dry and your weapons ready, citizens. You never know when they will come in handy.

  1. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance, and furious anger, those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord, when I lay my vengeance upon thee… Maybe its time for a little bit of citizens justice. Fuck the courts, they obviously can’t do their job.

  2. Obviously, we are all very, very misinformed. Thankfully, our buddy Andy Knapp cleared it up. Ty’Quan was an innocent child just out riding the bike he got for Christmas.

The ’40 Boiz’ are just simply “an escape from the criminal element”. They are only in the ‘club’ for fellowship. They went fishing, went to the beach, played laser tag and played basketball. I’m sure they had a really cool tree fort and all of them sang in the Church choir as well.

    Sheesh.

    • I enjoy seeing them mow each other down. Garbage taking out garbage… thanks fellas!

    Boondock Saints Prayer

“And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be. In nomine Patri. Et Fili. Spiritus Sancti.”
