Something Different
Let’s pop in over at the 1st Circuit. It has been a while since we have been there to see what is going on with that solicitor’s office. We decided to feature a fellow by the name of William Trevor Alexander. It seems this forty year old thug and meth cook has been a thorn in the side of law enforcement in several counties since at least 2003. We will concentrate on his general sessions charges, but he has quite a few traffic charges and other magistrate’s level charges like multiple simple assaults (usually on women), stealing electricity, etc.
2003 Charges (Charleston County)
Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle - Pled guilty in November 2004. Sentenced by an unknown judge to ONE day time served.
Way harsh!!
The remainder of his charges will be from Dorchester County.
2003 Charges:
Assault & Battery High & Aggravated - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
Kidnapping - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
2004 Charges:
Manufacture Crack Cocaine or Meth - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
2005 Charges:
Manufacture Crack Cocaine 3rd Offense or more - Pled down to Conspiracy to Violate SC Narcotics Laws by the 1st Circuit Solicitor. Sentenced by Judge James Williams, Jr. to two years, suspended to 9 months time served and two years probation.
2007 Charges:
Assault & Battery High & Aggravated - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
2009 Charges:
Unlawful Possession of Ephedrine (need to make methamphetamine) - Pled guilty. Sentenced by Judge Diane Goodstein to 104 days time served.
Possession of Methamphetamine - Pled guilty. Same sentence of 104 days time served.
Manufacturing Methamphetamine - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
2011 Charges:
Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense - This obviously should have been second offense. Either way, it was dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
Unlawful Possession of Ephedrine - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
2012 Charges:
Possession of Methamphetamine - Dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.
2013 Charges:
Alexander is currently in jail on these charges. He hasn’t been able to make bond.
Manufacturing Methampetamine - $75,000 bond.
Additional 2013 Charges:
Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense - obviously the wrong charge. Pled guilty. Sentenced by Judge Edgar Dickson to one day time served.
Based on this example, there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of difference in the track record of the 1st Circuit Solicitor’s Office as compared to that of the 9th Circuit Solicitor’s Office. We will try to pay a bit more attention to the goings on in Dorchester County from now on.
That guy looks pedophile creepy
