Exposing the criminal element for 3 years

Study The “Victims”

We thought we should investigate a bit further into the Goose Creek shooting we wrote about yesterday because there are some things the media won’t tell you.

Nineteen year old Jaytee Clavousea Bright, aka “”William Purpgang SMell Dat“, allegedly suffered a broken arm and a bullet in the back. A search of court records in Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester counties turned up only an eviction from 2012. He now resides on Gwinnett Street in the Dorchester Village Mobile Home Park in North Charleston.

Andre Alphaes Seabrook is twenty-six years old. He goes by the Thugbook name “Yellowbandz Purpgang“. His given address is on Apartment Boulevard in North Charleston. Seabrook has a criminal record in Charleston and Dorchester counties.

2004 Charges:

PWID Crack Cocaine - A plea deal with the 9th Circuit Solicitor allowed Seabrook to plead guilty before Judge Thomas Hughston in September of 2005 to a lesser charge of PWID Cocaine. Judge Hughston handed down his usual sentenced of five years in prison, suspended in favor of three years probation.

PWID Crack Near a School - You already know - dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

2006 Charges:

One year after being sentenced to probation in Charleston County Seabrook was arrested in Dorchester County and charged with:

Unlawful Possession of a Pistol - Pled guilty before Judge James C. Williams, Jr. in February of 2007. Sentenced to one year in prison and his previous probation was revoked. We don’t know how much time he actually served.

Seabrook had a second count of the same charge which usually means the weapon was stolen. This charge was dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.

 2010 Charges:

Back in Charleston County Seabrook was charged in 2010 with the following offenses which were all dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor:

PWID Crack, PWID Crack Near a School, 2nd Offense Possession of Marijuana.

He was also charged with another count of PWID Crack. The 9th Circuit Solicitor cut him a sweet deal and allowed to plead guilty to 1st offense possession of cocaine. Then Judge R. Markley Dennis handed down one of his trademarked utterly ridiculous sentences - twelve years in prison, suspended in favor of thirty-four (34) days time served and four years of probation. Because that last probation sentence worked out so well, right Judge?

We weren’t sure about the actual name of “Varuss Purpgang” when we posted yesterday. Now we know his name is Touvaruss Antrail Jones. He is twenty years old and also hails from the Dorchester Village Mobile Home Park. Jones has a few arrests.

2010 Charges:

PWID Marijuana - Pled guilty  before Judge Thomas Hughston. Sentenced under the YOA to a term not to exceed one to five years years, suspended in favor of two years of probation.

2011 Charges:

Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime - released on $50,000 bond in June of 2012.

Attempted Murder - released on a $100,000 bond in June of 2012.

Is anyone else out there beginning to see a possible reason for this shooting? Drugs? Revenge? Who knows. Who even cares anymore? Apparently not the 9th Circuit Solicitor and certainly not Judge Hughston or Judge Dennis.
