Exposing the criminal element for 3 years

Wescott Meth

Authorities have busted a Wescott meth lab. That’s the bad thing about this drug. Idiots cook it up in their cars and built up residential areas and expose the rest of us to the danger. If you live anywhere near 4805 Habersham Lane, you and your children were in danger.

Three meth mopes were charged in this incident - Wendy Marie McAllister, Michael Foiles and Stacy Rebecca Hall.

The only history we could find on McAllister is a shoplifting conviction from 2013. She used the Habersham address when she was arrested.

Michael Foiles has a bit of a drug record out of Berkeley County. In 2008 he was charged with two counts of 2nd Offense Possession of Marijuana, one count of PWID Marijuana and one count of PWID Marijuana Near a School. The 9th Circuit Solicitor chose to dismiss three of those charges and reduced the fourth in exchange for a guilty plea. Foiles was sentenced to 5 years, suspended in favor of 2 years probation.

Stacy Rebecca Hall seems to be meth kingpin in this case. The photo below is from a 2012 Charleston County arrest for shoplifting. Dorchester County makes it darn near impossible for citizens to access public information like booking photos, so this is the only one we were able to get.

In 2012 Hall was charged in Berkeley County with Attempt to Manufacture Methamphetamine and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. The 9th Circuit Solicitor kindly dismissed all charges against her.

On July 14th, 2014 Hall was charged with Possession of Narcotics (unknown type) in Berkeley County. She was released on a $2,500 bond and was free on that bond when NCPD raided her meth lab in Wescott.
