Exposing the criminal element for 3 years

Carlos Elmore Glenn

Carlos Glenn, aka “Road Runna Shorty” throws up those “4s” you have been seeing quite frequently. His “4s” don’t indicate an allegiance to Summatown, but rather an allegiance to a the gangs operating in and around Ashley Shores, Dorchester Terrace and Dorchester Waylyn in North Charleston. He also wants to free Young Gunna Derrell Green, if that tells you anything. Glenn was born in 1991 and claims 2710 W. Surrey Drive as his home address. He is well known among several police departments as a drug dealer. His record in Charleston county backs that up. As do the photos and videos he freely posts on his Thugbook profile.

Let’s examine his criminal history in Charleston County first. Glenn owes a lot to the 9th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.

We thought Lombard had moved to the logical side of things, but this arrest took place just last week. Glenn was already free on several bonds, one of which was P.R. bond, and Lombard gave him another.

Maybe we should see if Glenn is showing any signs of success in his chosen business.

Odds are he is claiming all that cash on his tax return. Don’t you agree?

  1. All that money…and lives in a ghetto dump. Broke ass!

  2. Sickening. Typical. The child? Future thug material. Just as Trayvon was to his Cripp excuse of a father.

  3. Only thugs would think it’s ‘cute’ to post pics of their children on the World Wide Web holding their drug money. Sub-humanity reproducing. Sad and gross.
