Oops! It looks like someone inadvertently posted some evidence in the Michael Brown case to YouTube. The folks over at The Conservative Treehouse have all the details. They even have a transcript of the pertinent part of the video below.

Scrub ahead to about 6:28 in the video to hear a witness give his version of the events, which seems to support the police version of the events. Can’t help but wonder if the witness speaking in the background actually provided a statement regarding what he saw to those investigating this shooting.

 

 

 

 

Friday night yielded more violence and looting in Ferguson. The excuse for this latest round of criminality was said to be the “character assassination” perpetrated by the police when they revealed Brown had robbed a convenience store and assaulted a clerk just a few short minutes before he assumed room temperature. We constantly see evidence of this thought process here at CTL. Speaking ill of the dead, even when the dead are  complete pieces of crap, is just not acceptable in the thug and thug supporter community.

These are the same idiots who were desperately seeking a way to cover up Brown’s criminality and are now hanging their hats on the statements of the Chief of Police who said the officer involved was not aware Brown had just robbed the store moments before. Thug supporters are not known for logical thinking. The officer’s knowledge of the robbery be damned. The important thing about this shooting is that the officer encountered a piece of crap who had just robbed a store and assaulted someone, and that same someone then assaulted the police officer. Contrary to what these morons want to believe, the violent assault on the officer is not mitigated by the fact the officer was unaware he was dealing with a person who had just committed another violent offense.

Given the new instances of looting we have to ask why police did not respond. Apparently they have surrendered the town of Ferguson to the thugs. We have two days of media stories touting the magical Missouri State Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson who was out there handing out hugs and understanding. Looks like the rainbows and unicorns version of policing is only good for about 48 hours of peace, huh? Or maybe the good Captain feels such an affinity for “his people” (his words, not ours) that he thinks they should be able to victimize innocent business owners without being hindered by law enforcement in order to let off a little steam.

Then you have the ghetto lottery attorney Crump calling the shooting of Michael Brown an “execution style killing”. Really? Who is really trying to contaminate a jury pool? The police chief revealed facts, Crump issued inflammatory propaganda. We would refer Crumpie to the soundtrack of the video above. Specifically the part where it states Brown and the officer were both in the patrol vehicle with Brown standing over the vehicle at one point. He might also want to pay attention when the witness says Brown was charging back at the cop when he got dropped.

That story would be consistent with this photo which doesn’t seem to show any blood on the back of Brown’s shirt as one would expect of someone allegedly shot in the back as so many other “witnesses” are claiming.

 

 

 

 

According to the press the FBI is going to go door to door looking for additional witnesses. We have no doubt they will find hundreds. We would suggest they bring in a tactical team to escort them since the Missouri State Highway Patrol has apparently abdicated their responsibility to protect anything in Ferguson.
